Description
Accelerated Curing Tank – For Rapid Curing of Cement and Concrete Test Specimens
The Accelerated Curing Tank is a precision-engineered laboratory apparatus designed for rapid curing of cement and concrete cubes under controlled temperature conditions. It is widely used in cement testing laboratories to determine the compressive strength of cement and concrete at an early age, ensuring quick and accurate quality assessment.
The curing tank is constructed from high-grade stainless steel or mild steel, fitted with an immersion heater, thermostat, and digital temperature controller to maintain the water temperature precisely at 55°C ± 2°C. The system includes a circulating pump for uniform temperature distribution and a safety cut-off to prevent overheating.
Key Features:
Heavy-duty stainless steel or mild steel construction
Maintains water temperature at 55°C ± 2°C for accelerated curing
Equipped with digital temperature controller and immersion heater
