Pile Testing Equipment
Piletest is the market leader and pioneer in the field of pile integrity testing. We have set the standards for NDT of deep pile foundations. As a family-owned company, we manage things less formally and directly, keeping transparency and accountability above all. Piletest focuses strictly on developing pile testing systems and does not offer testing services. Piletest is built with a long-term vision, meaning winning customer business loyalty comes first. For that purpose, we are fast on delivery, prompt on service, invest lots of time in development to make things a little simpler to use and build our products to last with a 3-year warranty as standard. We can offer that because our products withstand extreme heat, vibrations, and water resistance tests before being shipped to our customers. At Piletest, all products come with 10 years of free software upgrades. Piletest’s pile testing equipment is the easiest, most productive, and fastest to operate in the field, as can be read from our customers’ testimonials.
The ease of use know-how is based on our years of fieldwork before designing our equipment and the continuous integration of customer feedback.
BIT
Read moreThe Borehole Inclination Tester (BIT) is a specialized instrument designed to accurately measure the inclination and deviation of boreholes during geotechnical and foundation investigations. Engineered for precision, the BIT ensures that drilled boreholes follow the intended vertical or inclined alignment, helping engineers validate drilling quality and prevent structural inconsistencies in pile foundations and ground anchoring works.
CHUM
Read moreThe Cross Hole Ultrasonic Monitor (CHUM) is a high-precision instrument designed for evaluating the integrity and uniformity of deep foundation elements using the Cross Hole Sonic Logging (CSL) method. CHUM delivers accurate, non-destructive assessment of drilled shafts, bored piles, and diaphragm walls by measuring ultrasonic pulse velocities between multiple access tubes embedded in concrete.
GPC – PDA System
Read moreThe GPC – PDA System is an advanced Pile Driving Analyzer designed to evaluate pile capacity, driving stresses, and overall pile performance during dynamic load testing. Using high-sensitivity sensors and powerful signal processing technology, the GPC PDA System provides accurate, real-time insights into pile behavior under hammer impact, making it an essential tool for modern foundation engineering.
PET
Read moreThe Pile Echo Tester (PET) is a reliable and user-friendly device designed to assess the integrity and continuity of foundation piles using the time-domain reflectometry (TDR) method. Engineered for quick, non-destructive evaluation, the PET helps identify major pile defects such as cracks, necking, soil inclusions, and changes in cross-section with high accuracy.
PET Pulse Echo Tester for a quick pile integrity test (PIT test)
Read moreThe PET (Pile Echo Tester) uses the Pulse-Echo method (PEM) for a quick pile integrity test (PIT test) on a site with a large number of piles.
A pile test starts when the pile top is struck with a lightweight handheld hammer. The PET’s digital accelerometer captures and analyzes the reflected wave to provide information regarding the length and shape of the pile.

The PET is fully compliant with ASTM D5882-16: Standard Test Method for Low Strain Impact Integrity Testing of Deep Foundations and AFNOR P160-2,4 standard for pile integrity testing and additional industry standards.
The PET device (PIT tester) can connect to your MS Windows portable PC or with the Bluetooth version to your Android smartphone or tablet.
The PET package for the PIT tester includes all PC and Android software versions.
